As part of the Heart Improvement Plan to revitalize infrastructure in downtown Loveland, Colorado, City of Loveland Utilities replaced a century-old, 10-inch, cast-iron water pipe beneath the tracks at Railroad and 4th with a new 12-inch PVC pipe to increase capacity and reliability and improve the quality of drinking water for the Loveland community.
